The Role:

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 (CRM) Developer - someone who is motivated and who is eager to give things a go. This role will see you work across a diverse range of different customers with new and emerging technologies in creative ways.


You will be responsible for customising and developing applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Field Service and On Premise installations. You will be expected to provide innovative solutions to often complex business problems.


The ideal candidate will need to work as part of a Team or independently as is required. You will need to clearly and efficiently communicate progress on tasks and you will have a ‘customer satisfaction first’ attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customisation and enhancement of the CRM application, using built-in Microsoft admin, reporting and development tools.

  • Implement changes to meet business requirements, standards and deadlines.

  • Develop and test programs and programming modifications

  • Install applications and configure environments for use in development, testing and production.

  • Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 (CRM) reports using tools inside & outside of CRM.

  • Work with IT teams to integrate Dynamics 365 (CRM) with other applications

  • Provide customer support as and when required.


Key Qualifications:

 Microsoft Certified Professional

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Certifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent


CRM Experience - 3 Years minimum

Microsoft CRM 2013 and later -  online and on premise customisation and development experience in Microsoft technologies including:

  • C#

  • Jscript

  • Plugins

  • SSRS Report writing

  • XML/Fetch XML

  • Web Services

  • SQL


Experience with Experlogix and Microsoft Hololens will be highly regarded, but is not a prerequisite.


At a minimum the candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • The ability to innovate using existing and new technologies within best practice framework.

  • A strong understanding of business and transaction processes.

  • The ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.

  • The right to work in Australia.
